    1. Good evening, sweet Debra and Happy Thursday . I hope you have had a super day and are ready for a great weekend. Oh , I am so touched that you are wanting to make a chicken quilt for yourself. That means the world to me; that you like the little quilt that much. I haven't finished my little chicken quilt yet ( it is still on the agenda) . The big chicken was appliqued on a 10 1/2" unfinished block. The nine patch was 6" ( finished) and sashed with 2 "x 6" strips (finished ) with 2" (finished) corner squares. So each block measures 10 " finished. I was making it big enough to fit in a certain area in my kitchen. I am not home now , but when I get home I will make a tutorial and write that up. (Thank you so much for the idea) May I say that you always brighten my day? Sending you a big bear hug from the holler.
