Wordless Wednesday Late Summer on the Farm

Late Summer Days are lazy on the farm. Well not really, but all is fine and dandy ! I would love for you to join me as we take a stroll on this "Not So Wordless Wednesday".

The hay is being baled and put in the barn and side sheds.

An old pot on the fence post used for scooping feed.

Ole' Edna has an itch! Bless her heart.

The bees are buzzing in the bee yard.

It is still hot here on the farm. So we best head to the house for a cool glass of sweet iced tea. Thank you so much for joining me today. It is always a joy when you visit.

As Always...

Happy  Stitching and Quilting, y'all

Crumby Day and Wordless Wednesday - Summer on the Farm

I am having a very crumby day! 😀

Oh no, don't get me wrong; not a bad day-  a crumby day -inspired by sweet Diann at Little Penguin Quilts and her tablescrap placemats.🤗

So I pulled out some orange scraps leftover  from last year's Autumn 16 patch project  and have happily sewing willy nilly for an hour or so.

But enough of that. Let's take a short Wordless Wednesday stroll out to the farm.

I hope you enjoy!

Edna turned her back on me today. LOL . Sweet Edna!

The Colors of the Garden- Wordless Wednesday

It has been awhile since we have had a Wordless Wednesday post. Well to be honest- mine is a "Not So Wordless Wednesday" post because there are a few words. 😏😀

Today, I thought I would show you the many colors of the garden.❤💚💛💜

Though I did not have a bounty of zinnias to come up despite planting oodles of seeds, I do have some beautiful blooms.  You may spy some insects enjoying the blooms as well. I hope you enjoy.

This Coleus has a bright lipstick pink center. The photo does not do it justice.

I have pots of plants scattered everywhere.

The flowers are drooping as the rain comes down.

Twin coneflowers.

Fox glove in bloom among the marigolds

Teeny Tansy blooms.

This zinnia is a very pale peach. So unusual.

I plant Peppermint Zinnias every year.

I hope these simple photos brought a moment of joy to your day.

Thank you for joining me today.

As Always...
