Strawberry Manor- A House Freebie

It is another beautiful day  here in the holler! -  The perfect day to share a new house stitch.

2024 Berry Hutch
A few weeks ago I shared my Berry Galore Hutch Tour where my hutch was decorated with all things red and strawberry related.  If you missed that post, I do invite you to click on the colored link and pop over for all of the berry goodness.

Anywhoo, one of the stitches on the hutch was my Strawberry Manor which I stitched last year.

Strawberry Manor and Spring  Farm Pasture

I received so many wonderful compliments on this house; I can not thank you enough for the sweet berry love.

Strawberry Manor  sits upon a green banner lawn and is flanked by a patriotic bluebird and a little flowering shrub.

On top of the house is a basket of berries ripe for the picking.

Would you like to live there? The key is right there for you to open the door and move on in.😀🗝🍓🏠 I do believe I would be as snug as a bug in a rug in this nice home.

Doesn't Strawberry Manor look so lovely with Strawberry Saltbox?

If you are interested in stitching this piece,  just grab , the images. For printing tips, refer to the post Tips for Printing which has loads of tips from my sweet friends.

Y'all know that I am not very tech savvy and do the best I can do to post the charts. With that said , sometimes I feel that the symbols are hard to see on the colored chart so I wanted to list them and their placement.

STRAWBERRIES AND VINE: DMC 937,221 , 223

STRAWBERRY BASKET: DMC 610

HOUSE: DMC 815, 782, Blanc, 610 (the door),  317, 318 ( foundation brick work)

BIRD AND FLAG  DMC 926, 924, Blanc, 815, 610

FLOWER 3345, 926, 782

BANNER LAWN  The triangles alternate from 937 (H) to 3345 (T)

STARS: DMC 782

DOOHICKEY CROSSES- DMC 924

I hope the list helps a bit. 🤗🍓

My tiered tray by the corner kitchen sink is decorated in chickens and strawberries.

2024 Berry Tiered Tray

The top tier is filled with  a hen creamer, chicken salt and pepper shakers and a strawberry butter pat.

A little creamer,  more chicks and a ceramic strawberry bird feeder completes the bottom tier. I added little floral picks and ribbons to fill in the spaces.

Now tell me . Are you craving strawberries now? 😀😋🍓I sure am. Have a berry beautiful day, Sweet Friends.

 As Always...

Happy quilting and stitching, y'all

  1. Oh my goodness I love Strawberry Manor so much. Ironically I printed Strawberry Saltbox earlier this evening. They do look wonderful together. I've enjoyed all the strawberry freebies and have stitched a few. I'm terrible about the actual "finishing" but maybe I'll get these done. So much summer stitching fun. Thank you so much. Darlene J

    1. Aaw thank you so much, Donna. Actually, my family owned a strawberry farm and sold to the public, but it closed last year because it is not the same without my sister. Now the fields have gone back to pasture. I do miss the acres of berries though. Lol. Hugs and Blessings.

  8. I am totally in love with this new House, Thank you thank you so much. It will be lovely with the other strawberry House!! Speaking of Houses that just seem to go together.....Could you tell me the names of the 3 Patriotic Houses in your header? If they are not your designs would you be able to tell the name of the designer? I want to do this for my son's family room. I hear that you may be camping, please enjoy your time away in nature. Hugs from sunny Arizona.
