I'm amazed at all that you accomplish and how you use it to decorate your home. I want to visit just to see everything, and I do mean everything. LOL I'm smitten with the orange (rust) and black little quilt. Just fold up that beauty, pop it in a large envelope and send it to me. I promise to take very good care of it. teehee!!! With big teasing hugs, DarleneJ
ReplyDeleteAaaw shucks, Thank you kindly Miss Darlene. You always brighten and bring a big ole ' smile to my day. Gosh I forgot about that quilt. I am going to have to find that little sucker. I don't think I brought it out this fall at all. LOL . Big hugs and lots love
DeleteSuch a great parade. I have done a few of these stitches, but need to get with it and finish them fully. I dearly love the cornucopia. I think it is one of my favorite stitches and I've considered doing a pixel quilt with the pattern. What do you think of that idea?
ReplyDeleteOooh a pixel quilt would be darling. I used to have a book about pixel quilts. Hmmm I wonder where I put that. Please keep me posted if you decide to make one, Ginny. I think it would be a lot of fun. Thank you for the sweet visit. Hugs.

Deletegood morning lovely Melisa.
ReplyDeleteit is tuesday morning and i didn't get the chance to go into the computer yesterday afternoon so guess what i did first thing this morning - you guessed!!! you're amazing and you are even more amazing with all the lovely charts you have provided us. you are such a giving and lovely lady. i can't say thank you enough and i really appreciate all the freebies that you provide us with.
anyway now onto what i did print this go around. Pumpkin & Bittersweet Sampler, Blessed 5 Year Anniversary Chart and the last one, but not the least, Mr. McGobble. thank you again Melisa.
there are many more patterns that i want to print, but i am on a little push for time as my husband has a dr's appt this morning at 8. i only have a little bit of time left and then off we'll go.
how was your monday? mine was very adventurous. i took my husband to his dr appt and went to the market. as i was putting groceries away i got a call from my mom that she was at urgent care and would be driving home and it was told to her that she needed to go to the newer Kaiser facility quite a bit further from us. to cut a long story short - she got a cut on her toe and now it has developed into a loss of blood flow to that foot. i kept telling her i'd take her to the dr and she said she'd go, she was going to soak it. well after six days of telling her i should have done what my heart told me and to take her to the er myself. she wants to be independent and i will do everything to support her wishes. she's in the hospital now and will be there until the dr's and vascular surgeon can decide how to proceed. in the meantime, i had to go to my mom's house last night to get her boyfriend's pills lined up in their pill dispenser (mind you he is 98 years old). so i am full of emotions as i leave the hospital to get home to her boyfriend who is crying and telling me how lonely it is without her. oh my goodness!!! be still my heart - it began to break. calgon please take me away. times go along so well and then all of a sudden it's medical stuff all over again which will probably last a month or more. and how did you say your monday was? yikers!!!
now that i've given you the rundown it's time for me to get up and get ready for the day to begin of medical stuff. oh what fun, what fun. haha i should just say i'm very fortunate for my family and i am very happy that the good Lord has enabled me with the ability to keep moving about and caring for family.
have an awesome tuesday sweet Melisa. i am going to have a fantastic day.
blessings and love are on the way to you.
when are your next travel days? i just may need to fly out and join you. hugs!!!
Debra Broyles
Good evening, dear Debra. Oh my was your day a busy one yesterday. I know you must have been frazzled and on pins and needles after hearing about your poor Mom. How worrisome. It is good to hear that you Mom is so independent. She sounds like my parents ( well me too) in that we try to doctor if possible. Bless her heart. I will keep her in my prayers . Hopefully the surgeon will make a decision by the day's end. How sweet that her dear boyfriend was so worried. 98 years young- that warms my heart. It is so wonderful that you are there for your family . I always say, Family is everything. Oh gosh I know what you mean about needing a travel day. When the days get stressed , I am ready to hit the road for a few days, but alas we are home for a few months unless Mr. Pinker gets the urge to hitch up the camper and go. LOL, but not likely. I sure wish you could join me. We would sit at camp, relax and sew away. Do take care sweet friend. Warm gentle hugs and many blessings to you and your sweet family. Blessings.
DeleteAnother lovely parade of goodies you've made, Melisa. You are the best! Hugs and love, B
ReplyDeleteAaaw thank you so much, Brenda. I always enjoy looking back at what I have stitched over the years. Sometimes I forget or misplace pieces. LOL. Thank you for the sweet visit. Hugs.
DeleteSo many wonderful designs for Thanksgiving time, Melisa. I couldn't select a favorite...guess that means they ALL need to be stitched LOL.
ReplyDeleteLOL thank you so much, Jeanna. You brought a smile to my day. Can you tell I have an affection for the Thanksgiving season? I hope your day was a beautiful one. Hugs.
DeleteI always love your parades. It reminds me of all things I need to stitch. I am of course very partial to Thanksgiving and Fall stitching. So excited for the new patterns you have in store for us.
ReplyDeleteAaw thank you so much, Lisa. It warms my heart that you enjoy the parades. I always have a good time pulling them together. I hope you enjoy the Thanksgiving season. Warm hugs.
DeleteFor almost a year, my husband left me and our two children. He stopped caring, stopped calling, and was completely gone. I was broken, confused, and nearly lost hope. Then one day, a friend told me about Dr. Dawn, a spiritual man gifted by the universe to help people restore love and peace.
ReplyDeleteAt first, I was doubtful, but something about his words gave me peace. He told me exactly what was wrong and that someone had cast a strong spell to separate us. He prepared a special spiritual work and a reunion spell for me — and within a few days, my husband called me out of nowhere, crying and asking for forgiveness.
Since that moment, my life has never been the same. Our marriage is now the sweetest and happiest on earth. We love each other more than ever, and our home is filled with laughter and blessings.
But that’s not all — Dr. Dawn also helped to clear the bad luck and negative energy that surrounded our family. Since then, everything has been smooth: peace in our home, financial progress, good health, and pure joy.
I thank the universe every day for leading me to Dr. Dawn. He’s truly a man of divine power and light. If you are going through any situation — heartbreak, bad luck, or confusion — don’t give up. Reach out to him and let the universe work through him to change your story, just like he changed mine.
