Tulip Mini Sampler- A Spring Freebie

                 In a garden tulips grow

Straight and golden in a row

Each one holds its empty cup

               Drinking  rain and sunshine up

Welcome , my friends!

I finished a new mini sampler called Tulip Mini Sampler  . A simple lower case alphabet with tulips and a sweet birdie. Very simple , but oh so cute - at least in my eyes.

I am beginning to fill this thrifted dough bowl with mini samplers. The only mini missing is the Mini Apple Sampler. I need to complete it.  Perhaps that will get done today. 😀🤞

If you missed any mini samplers, I invite you to check out the links below.

Shamrock Mini Sampler   Red Heart Mini Sampler  Mini Apple Sampler,   Mini Sunflower Sampler ,  Mini Bee Sampler Mini Squirrel Sampler,    Mini Pumpkin Sampler

  1. OMGoodness! I have never been first before! The mini samplers are all so cute. Thank you for this new stitch! Any season &/or holiday is always a good way to go for samplers, I think. A robin redbreast is a sure sign of Spring in these parts. A sampler for him would be fun and different. Are those your yellow tulips blooming in the picture above? Wow! Is this early for them where you are? I can't even imagine flowers blooming here in February!

    1. Lol you was up early like me, Ginny. Hee! Hee! Or was you staying up late? I love stitching the mini samplers especially for the holidays. Oooh a robin would be fantastic. I saw my 1st pair of robins last week. That is going on my list. My daffodils and forsythia are beginning to bloom. Alas not yet on my tulips ;this photo was from last year. I have already been out in the flower beds looking for hints of growth though. Lol. I am in TN and today was a beautiful day. Windows and doors were open for the nice fresh air. Have a great weekend. . Hugs.

  5. Good Morning - your mini samplers are so cute! Thanks you for sharing them with us. There are so many good ideas out there for samplers. Maybe one for the year - 12 small-ish blocks with a motif for each month - like a heart for February, 4 leaf clover for March, etc? Blessings!

  6. What a lovely little sampler! Reminds me of the one time I tried to plant tulip bulbs at the base of a tree. Nothing ever came up, and then I saw the squirrels scampering around the base of the tree and realized where they went - lol!

    1. Oh how interesting, Linda . I bet that is what happened to some of my bulbs. I didn't know those little dickens would get bulbs. I probably just have 3 or 4 tulips that have survived over the years. I learn something new everyday. Have a great weekend. Hugs

  14. I love all your mini samplers. I just have this one to do and the Apple mini to have them done. I can’t find my Mini Bee Sampler, I don’t know where it’s hiding. I’m on a hunt. 😂. How about a mini bird (red or blue) sampler or a mini Daisy sampler. Whatever it might be I will be stitching it for sure ❤️🤗

  18. I just completed the red heart mini sampler, adorable! I don’t see the mini pumpkin sampler, could you please repost it? My suggestion would be a winter sampler, like your spring and autumn one. I have already stitched both! Thank you for your patterns, I have stitched quite a few.
