Up on the housetop reindeer pause, Out jumps good ole Santa Claus....
Good morning, dear friends. Do you think that song will be buzzing in your head today? Lol. It is one of my favorites and it has been prancing in my head all morning.
Usually around November, as soon as I wake up I put on my Bing Crosby's Christmas cd on low in the kitchen, and it will play all through the day. I love hearing Bing Crosby sing "White Christmas".
Right now the Hallmark channel is showing Christmas movies. Woo Hoo, but to be truthful I would rather see the old classics like A Christmas Carol with George C Scott , A Christmas Story and of course National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
I know some of ya'll have seen the sneak peeks of this little Christmas saltbox in previous posts.
I am so excited to share Christmas Eve Saltbox with you.
All is quiet at this little saltbox. I imagine everyone is snuggled in bed dreaming of Santa who is on his way.
I think my favorite part to stitch in this piece was the reindeer. They are so tiny and cute and yes, I included Rudolph.
I would love for you to add Christmas Eve Saltbox to your stitching list. If you are interested please check out the pdfs below and my little disclaimer. 😊
Many of you know , but I always like to leave this little disclaimer.
I stitch my little designs for fun and to decorate my home. I feel very blessed by this community and love sharing my little charts, but I am not a professional designer. And I do not have professional software. Thank you for understanding that I have to put each page on separate pdf downloads because of the devices I use. I apologize for that. And I am always grateful for your kind encouragement , your visits, and stitching my little designs.
If you would like to visit any of the other homes in my village, just click on the name of the house you are interested in and you will be directed to the post with the pdf.
May you never be too old to search the skies on Christmas Eve.
Merci pour ce joli Free de Noël, bonne journée
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, dear. I truly hope that you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed stitching it . Have a blessed weekend.
DeleteEvery time you post one of your saltbox houses, I think "that one is my favorite ". I've come to the conclusion that they're ALL my favorites!
ReplyDeleteIt snowed here on Christmas Eve last year for about an hour. I was thrilled, as it was the first time I've seen snow at Christmas.
Lol thank you so much, Sue . That is what I say when I stitch my little saltboxes. I have stitched another that I hope to share soon that is my current favorite lol. What a delight to have snow on Christmas Eve. I would to experience that. We woke up to snow on Christmas Day in 2010 which was a first to us and it was as exciting as Santa coming. I hope one day we both we see a Christmas Day snow again ( but no loss of electricity. lol) Happy stitching.
DeleteAnother beautiful salt box house! Every time you share one of your patterns, I'm tempted to start counted cross stitching! If only I didn't have so many quilting projects going. Happy stitching, Christmas will be here faster than we realize!
ReplyDeleteAah thank you so much, Gretchen. When I got started in cross stitching a couple of years ago, I was thinking a couple of projects . I never imagined I would become as obsessed as I am with quilting. But I have to admit it does cut in my quilting time which I do miss. Happy quilting.
DeleteOh my word!!!! This is absolutely gorgeous!! I definitely want to stitch it. Thank you for being so generous with your patterns! ❤️❤️❤️

DeleteYou are just the best! I hope God bestows His blessings on you as freely as you share with us.
ReplyDeleteMelisa, you are very creative! How very kind you are to share your lovely patterns. Thank you for the inspiration to start stitching Christmas gifts... our summer heat here in Oregon has made it hard for me to think ahead! It seems like the summers are getting worse every year, which oddly corresponds with me getting older every year! :-)
