It is the 2nd day of the Autumn Stamp SAL. How fun it has been to see so many working on the borders and the first stamp. Now on to stamp #2.
Today's stitch has two of my favorite motifs - Crows and Sunflowers. Five teeny crows in the sunflower garden.
Here it is on the large piece with A Basket of Apples , the first stamp .
I stitched it into a little pin pillow too. It looks darling with my The Ole' Crow Saltbox too.
ADVICE FROM A SUNFLOWER

Rise , shine and hold your head high.

Sometimes I have a number of needles threaded with different floss colors so that I can pick them up quickly and stitch. It certainly makes the piece go quickly . So I thought I would tell you the floss colors that you will need for tomorrow's stitch in the PREP YOUR NEEDLES.

Hello I was wondering if you only tea/coffee dye before stitching or after you have stitched your design too. I dyed my aida first but was wondering if it would be too dingy if I gave it a little distressing.
