Winter Stamp SAL - Stamp 6 A Winter's Day

We have made it to the 6th stamp! Hip Hip Hooray!

Winter Tree Sampler

Good morning , sweet friends and a lovely day to you.

Stamp 6 is called "A Winter's Day"  ❄❄❄☃

Whenever we get snow in the holler, we are bound and determined to build a snowman or two or three...  And they are always named Harry. Why Harry? I don't know, but that is what my youngest daughter always named our snowmen.

  5. Another lovely stamp release, Melisa;)))--oh, and of course{!!} my eye was immediately drawn to the funny snowmen quilt--So wonderfully prim and scrappy! It has gone onto my list of "fun" makes for sure...(if that is ok??),.
I will be working on Dark Days today and my jigsaw puzzle and my Strawberries re-layering and pinning. Keeping very busy and have the tv OFF!!
Hugs for a good week ahead for you and yours, Julierose

  6. Every stamp you have done is so pretty! I'm really in love with all of them. I'm a little behind with the SAL, I'm just starting stamp number 3 and I know there's no pressure. But I do wish I can finish, I just love how it's turning out! Even though I couldn't get the same dye for the fabric , mine is ultramarine and it looks more like aquamarine/turquoise after many washes, hehe! And that's another reason why I'm behind, I wasn't happy with the color after I decided to keep washing it till I kind of got a softer result. But now I'm content with it, can't wait to finish it all and show it to you!
    Hugs

  9. Harry, huh? I don't remember naming ours much unless the special outfits we put on them made us think of someone we knew. Those appliqued snowmen always make me smile. Love their carrot noses! Can't wait to see your new patriotic stitch.
