I was slow as molasses on finishing projects this year, but it was a year of travels from one state to another leaving me little time at the sewing machine. I wracked my brain as to what was my favorites and soon I found a few that grabbed my heartstrings.

While camping in Texas, I worked my fingers to the bone to finish a quilt inspired by my sweet friend , Darlene ( Hi, Darlene 🤗😘) And by golly, I finished quilting Darlene's Quilt while camping at Whitney , TX during the eclipse.
My quilted teddy bears were happy as a lark with the Pat- a - Cake Quilt which was a fun little quilt that was made from the leftovers from Darlene's Quilt.
Another Kaleidoscope of butterflies were appliqued in Flaming Butterflies.
I finished the top , but am still working on the quilting. This quilt will travel with me as we go camping this year. 🤗
I could not forget to share my favorite house stitch of the year. Can you guess which one it is? It was The Star Spangled Winter Home
which I posted in January.
I will see ya' tomorrow with some "End of the Year" posts. That is if the sun shines and the creek doesn't rise. 😀
As always,
Happy Stitching and Quilting, y'all
