It is Christmas in July !
Last year , I shared a series called "Speaking of Christmas" . These were just simple little stitches - nothing fancy mind you. But they did make some cutie patootie bowl fillers if I do say so myself which I will! 😁
Anywhooo... today I wanted to share a new one called "Let It Snow" . Like I said, nothing fancy- just a quick stitch.

ReplyDeleteSo far the BIG storms coming from the West have missed our little area--only .80" of much-needed rains--as we are in quite a drought here in SE coastal CT...So nice to feel that cooler air at 63 degrees this morning when I went out on my errands. I cannot recall the last time I drove in the rain even!!!

DeleteThese are all so cute! I finished all of the Summer series and I am catching up on finishing all of the Houses and Saltbox and display them by month. I am working on a couple of the last Fall and Thanksgiving houses and was wondering if you ever shared the Bittersweet, Pumpkin Stacks and a Turkey house - I remember seeing you working on it a few years back and then saw the finished house but do not remember if there was a pattern for it - I just love all of the fall houses so much and appreciate all the work you do for us! Thank you so much for sharing!! Carrie

I am so glad that you asked about Bittersweet Stacks and a Turkey House- .I had completely forgotten about that one. I will put it down as one to post this year. Hmmm... I need to find the stitch too. LOL. I am hoping to post a new house this week. I hope you will like it as well. I have been drawing out some new fall houses. DeleteI enjoy Christmas any time of the year, Melisa! Thanks for the new little Christmas/winter stitch. Your Annabelle hydrangea is absolutely gorgeous. I wish I had one and could keep it alive! I do not have a green thumb! We had some wild ones when we built our house 30 years ago but they have all died away through the years, as did the ones they planted in the landscaping. Oh well. ReplyDeleteAaw thank you so much, Brenda. It was a fun little parade to pull together. I love hydrangeas too. I planted 2 about 20 years ago and they died. But this one is doing pretty good. The 2 young ones which I rooted are growing well. Plus I am rooting 4 more . Fingers crossed they will survive. I wonder if it is the soil as to why yours did not survive It is interesting that the wild ones also died out. Thank you for the sweet visit. Hugs.
