Wordless Wednesday - A Morning Stroll

It is a sun shiny day- a beautiful day to take a stroll up and over  the hill to see what nature has to offer.

Welcome, y'all!  I would be so delighted if you joined me for a Not So Wordless Wednesday stroll. Just a few photos that I hope brightens your day.

Fallen trees to hop over.

I spy sunshine!   A break in the trees.

It was raining earlier. The water is still rushing down the hill.

Well that wasn't a long stroll, but just enough to refresh my soul and get the day off to  pleasant start. Thank you for coming along with me; you made it even more special!  🤗

Have a wonderful day and...

As Always...

Happy  Stitching and Quilting, y'all

Melisa

Life is better in motion.

Hugs and Stitches!!!!🤗🧵❤

Dedicated to my dear sister, Amy. I love and miss you so much.. Love you , Amo.

  7. What a nice, woodsy walk. I love identifying wildflowers. Yours are Fire Pinks. I don't think we have them here. Do they smell good? I enjoy the smell of the woods right after the rain. It's like you can almost hear the plants take a deep breath and sigh. We've had a few downpours this week and they say we are headed into the heat this weekend. I guess we'll take what we get, huh? Until next time, sweet Melisa!

    1. Aren't the Fire Pinks pretty, Ginny? It is always a treat to see them. This was the 1st time I had seen them in this area of holler. I will have to notice the smell the next time. Right now the mullein is coming in bloom which I always enjoy seeing. It is supposed to rain tomorrow. It would be nice if it does ; otherwise I will be watering the garden.LOL. Hugs and Blessings

  8. What a lovely stroll! When I moved from the desert to the valley part of the state, I noted how much green there was in summer. Still, I'm noting how many different shades of green I can see on any given day. It looks like you too get to see a lot of green!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects
