Happy Happy Groundhog's Day!
Brrr! I hear Punxsutawney Phil has predicted 6 more weeks of winter. Our nearest prognosticators, a group of wily goats, predicted the very same thing. According to the zoo keepers, they walked out of the barn and then scampered right back indoors- too cold for them. Oh well.
I just wanted to pop in and share a little doodle called "Love Mail" . It was simply stitched on a piece of 8 1/2" square piece of white cotton. I will later turn this into a little wall hanging. 🤗
If you missed January's doodle , Frosty Chill , I invite you to click on the colored link, and you will magically be transported back to that post.
| Frosty is stitched on an 8 1/2" unfinished piece of white fabric using the back stitch. |
I drew out the March doodle yesterday. I will be working on the embroidery of it later today.

Phil never tells a fib but I don't know about the goats. LOL Lots and lots of cuteness on today's post. Take good care, dear lady. Big Hugs, DarleneJ

ReplyDeleteVery fun embroidery for February. I'm not thrilled with 6 more weeks of winter. Hopefully we don't get back to sub 0 temps in that time.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful gift for the month of love

What a precious little doodle.
ReplyDeleteThat's a sweet little February design, Melisa! I forgot about the January one - looks like I need to get caught up. These will be a fun monthly project for the year. Thanks for sharing them with us!
ReplyDeleteLove your doodle but would like to know the name of the three house cross stitch. Thanks so much
ReplyDeleteThank you for the special Love Mail doodle. I love the monthly stitches.
ReplyDeleteOh I would love another six weeks of cold weather. I’m in rural Victoria Australia and we have been in the high 30s to low 40s for ages
ReplyDeleteIt is fun to watch for Phil's predictions. Hopefully, it will be a little warmer than the last couple of weeks. The Love Mail doodle is very cute. I really enjoy the monthly doodles. Thanks for sharing. Alicia
