Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Do you have your green on? Pinchy, pinchy! I always made sure as a child that I had something green on when I went to school for eagle eyed peers were looking to give a pinch to anyone not sporting green.
Will you be celebrating today?
Mr. Pinker and I will be out and about on our date day- aka Walmart pickup and the Goodwill! I am sure we will grab something to eat before making our way home.
May your day be filled with blessings, joy and love. Thank you for visiting me on this happy holiday.
As Always,
Happy Stitching and Quilting, y'all
Melisa
Thank you for the sweet visit.

We do not celebrate Saint Patrick's Day in The Netherlands, but for all who do: Happy St. Patrick's Day !!
ReplyDeleteLet's see what kind of celebrating happens today. I'll be wearing green and that might be as far as I get!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects
ReplyDeleteHappy St. Patrick's Day, Melisa "..may the wind be always at your back..." Hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteI do remember that green was very important to wear on St Patrick's Day when I was young. When our kids were little we semi-celebrated it, but we have gotten out of the habit of celebrating in any way now. Enjoy your trip to Goodwill and grabbing a bite to eat!
ReplyDeleteMy mother-in-law was Irish, so it was always a family celebration. Everyone is spread around the country, but we still celebrate and share pictures and menus. I have stitched most of your St. Pat’s designs and should have them all finished before next year. They look lovely in my St. Pat’s decorations. Thank you. Have a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day! Alicia
ReplyDeleteHappy St Patrick's Day, Melisa! Enjoy your day!

ReplyDeleteHappy St. Patrick's Dayto you & Mr. P. Isn't it funny how a day doing errands becomes a "date"? I think it's a sign of our age, don't you? Have fun and I hope you find some treasures.

ReplyDeleteHappy St. Patrick's Day to you, Melisa! We wear green (Catholic) or orange (Protestant) because my family genetics have both sides. Unfortunately, if I chose to wear orange, my classmates didn't understand this and I'd get pinched anyway! Lol! Hope you're enjoying corned beef & cabbage tonight!
