Good morning, ya'll and welcome.
I received so many wonderful comments, and compliments on my SAL. I truly appreciate each and every one. It was such a joy to share these little designs, and it certainly got me in the mood for autumn . How about you?
I finished my large piece in an 8" x 10" gold frame that I purchased at the Goodwill for a dollar.
I had considered painting it white, and I may do that some other time . For now, however, I am enjoying the gold touch .
Right now I am displaying my pin pillows in the dough bowl . These pin pillows can be tucked anywhere like in my fall tree or on a shelf.

This is so cute! Even though I don't do counted cross stitching, I very much appreciate it. I like the gold frame, I'd leave it like that, besides, it goes along with the fall colors. Happy stitching!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you so much, Gretchen. I am so honored that you have visited and for the sweetest compliment. That means so much to me. I thought the gold went with the fall colors too. Have a great week,
DeleteI sort of like the gold frame as is. At least today I do, tomorrow might be different.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the series, love that it works as either all together or as individual little pillows.
Lol thank you so much, Gail. You sound exactly like me. Today I like it one way, tomorrow might be different. I thought the gold played with the autumnal colors. Fortunately with the way that I finished it, if I find a different frame, I can change it out. Lol. Have a blessed week .
DeleteMelisa, your fall stamp piece looks super in the frame. I would leave it that way. Thank you again for creating and offering this to us.
ReplyDeleteOh thank you so much for the encouraging words, Robin. I thought that the gold went with the fall colors, plus it was in my stash already . Hugs and blessings.
