Hutch Tours of 2025 - A Year End Review

Cluter , clutter, clutter. You know I love the junk!  ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜

Good morning, friends . I thought today I would share a parade of hutch tours that I have shared throughout the year. The hutch has been decorated to the hilt with all kinds of goodies that warm my heart including stitches and quilts. If you see any posts that you would like to visit , just click on the colored link and you will magically be transported back to that post .

So let's get started on the Hutch Tours in Review.

A blizzard of snowmen invaded the hutch in January in my Winter Blues Hutch

We spent most of January and part of February in Arizona . So as soon as I returned home, I skipped Valentine's Day and decorated my hutch in all things green in my Leprechauns, Cabbages and Sheep Hutch Tour.

The end of March brought in the bunnies. Easter was in late April so I was able to enjoy those hares for a few weeks. Lots of vintage pottery, glassware and of course stitching was on the hutch which  can be revisited in my post called The Bunny, Bunny Hutch Tour

Night Time view.

As soon as the bunnies hopped into their storage bins, I pulled out all of my strawberry decor for the month of May. There were Berries Galore in this hutch display.

By June, it was time to decorate for the patriotic season. So  I filled every nook and cranny of my hutch  with all things patriotic and some good Ole' country goodness in my Country Red, White and Blue Hutch Tour

The month of August welcomed in the Bears, Bees and Sunflower Hutch Tour. Lots of vintage pieces filled the hutch including pieces of Hull, and McCoy pottery, Pyrex and of course bears, bees and sunflowers. It was sweet as honey- if I do say so myself. Hee! Hee!

By the end of August, the bees swarmed and buzzed away while roly poly pumpkins rolled onto the shelves of the old wooden hutch. I was dreaming of fresh baked pumpkin pies and the smells of  grandma's kitchen with Grandma's Country Autumn Kitchen Hutch display. It was not until close to Thanksgiving that I posted a tour of the hutch though. Oh my , how time got away from me.

Though I did not give a tour of my hutch for October, I did post photos of my Ghostly Hutch which was inspired by a couple of cookie jars that I bought at Walmart.

For the first time ever, I skipped decorating the hutch for Thanksgiving. To be honest, I was sorta sad I did, but anywhoo, I was very anxious to decorate with my apple decor for Christmas which I showed in my Apple-icious Country Christmas Hutch Tour.  There were lots of vintage goodies in this hutch display including Watts Pottery and all things apple related.

Well, that's my country hutch all decked out for the seasons.

Do you have a favorite?

I think mine was the Bunny Bunny Hutch  for Easter.  But I have to admit that I enjoyed them all.

But wait... My hutch wasn't the only place I changed out things seasonally. In the entryway is a small white shelf I purchased from the thrift store years ago for $3.00. It is a perfect place to showcase country clutter.

In April , the foyer shelf was filled to the brim with all things green and bunnies galore.

As soon as the hopped away, it was time to decorate the small shelf for the patriotic season. I call it a Modge Podge of Patriotic pieces was used.

For the month of August the modge podge collection continued on the old shelf but with the Watermelon theme.  Watermelon is  Mr. Pinker's and my  favorite summertime treat this year. We devoured them.

Late summer brought on the corn harvest, so I decorated my foyer and shelf in the Corn and Sunflowers theme. Lots of vintage corn tureens were brought out. It was certainly a sunny display.

Once the corn was harvested and as Autumn rolled in  a whole lot of crows came to roost among the chickens and I brought in some of my old brown crocks and dishware which I adore.

I shared just a glimpse of the Autumn shelf when I shared The Maize Basket Sampler

Come November, I went straight for the Christmas decor. Last year we were out of town a lot so I did not get to enjoy my Christmas decor as long as I liked soooo.... I decorated early.  My little foyer shelf was filled to the brim with Camper Cookie Jars for the festive season.

The small foyer is decorated with Christmas quilts and cookie jars.

Well Sweeties, that is my country clutter tours for 2025. Hmmm I wonder what 2026 will have in store for my hutch and shelf. I am sure I will find a few thrifted treasures this upcoming year and of course some handmades to adorn the shelves.

Will you be decorating a special area for January?   I hope your sweet treasures bring you as much joy as mine does for me.
Thank you for dropping by for a sweet visit.
We are wrapping up the year . Aren't we?

As Always...

Happy  Stitching and Quilting,

 y'all
