Good mornings, Sweet friends and Happy March! Wow ! It is hard to believe it is March already. Slow down 2026! - well that is what I say at least.

Mr. Pinker and I are making our way eastward. Soon the ole' truck and camper will be roaring into the driveway. Along the way, I am sure we will stop at a few thrift shops- perhaps I will find a treasure or two. Fingers crossed . Hee ! Hee!

If the lull of the road does not put me asleep , which it often does, I have a few stitching projects to work on. One of which is my March embroidery called "Welcoming March".
A little doodle just for you.
My doodles are hand drawn and are never perfect. ❤
May your day be filled with many blessings. Love ya'!
As Always...
Happy Stitching and Quilting,
y'all

March has flown by and I'm so looking forward to spring!!
ReplyDeleteWe'll be waiting to see the new St. Patrick's Day parade!
Hugs
What a fun St. Patrick's Day parade! I like your sheep freebie! That is one cute pot of gold!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects
ReplyDeleteThis is a very cute doodle! I'll be back this evening for the parade, and to see what popped into your hands from the thrift stores on your way home. Happy stitching!
ReplyDeleteMarch already? Didn't we just have Christmas? :-o :-D Hope you're having fun on your trip - looking forward to your thrifting finds. You always find the neatest things. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteThe old adage, "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb" hasn't been true so far for us this year. It's still very mild and only a little frosty in the mornings, warming up nicely as the day passes. The farmer in me is worried about what a year of no snow pack means for us this coming summer. Always enjoy your parades so I will look forward to it.
ReplyDeleteSafe travels. And yes the year is speeding by way to quickly already!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute doodle, Melisa. Thank you. I hope you have safe travels and find lots of fun thifted items on your way home. Hugs, B
ReplyDeleteBe safe on your journey home, Melisa:))) Cute little sheep doodle...Time is just flying by it seems; the older you get the faster she goes...Good luck finding some goodies on your way
ReplyDeleteHugs, Julierose
Have a safe trip back! Are you sad to leave your camping behind, or are you looking forward to getting back home?
ReplyDeleteSafe travels. Hopefully you don't hit any storms or big winds. It's getting to be the time of year for those.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the March doodle, Melisa! I've been printing those out each month, but haven't gotten started on them yet. Safe travels back to home sweet home!
ReplyDeleteHappy March, Melisa! You have been on my mind and I had been wondering if you were still on your adventure or had gotten home. Safe travels!
ReplyDeleteThe March doodle is so cute. Thank you. Time is flying by this year. I hope the journey home is filled with great thrifty finds. Safe travels. Alicia
ReplyDeletegood morning beautiful Melisa.
ReplyDeletetoday is going to be a fantabulous day. i woke up this morning, pain-free, and was actually glad that i woke when i did. in a good mood - no less. it's been a bit since i have woke up and was anxious to get out of bed. i have lots planned for the day. everything is turning up geraniums.
i love your doodles. i see that you put March's doodle in, however, where do i find the rest of them? how do i find the colors you used? i want to get to cutting and drawing. i am ready.
a bit ago you posted a pattern called Little Patriot. did you by any chance get the colors you used written down? i have it all ready to go, but i want to use the colors that you have in the illustration.
how are you doing precious lady? i hope you and Mr. Pinker are well and getting your amazing gardens in order. i wish i lived close - i'd come and buy some veggies from you. my cousin has a wonderful garden, as well, and i told her to let me know when the beef steak tomatoes were ripe. haven't heard from her - she's probably enjoying them with BLT's, hamburgers, tacos, spaghetti sauce, everything. that's what i get for not trying my garden this year, but a little bit of an adventure took over with my knee replacement surgery.
how are the grandbabies? do you have a granddaughter? boys are such fun - some of the things they say are hilarious. i don't think they even know what they say a quarter of the time.
how are your daughters? tell you daughter in the military that i really thank her for service and sacrifice. it's so wonderful that she is serving this country. do you have a son?
well i have yacked your ear off enough and your eyes are probably blurred from all the reading. i hope you have a wonderful, blessed day.
blessings and love are on the way to you.
a great big squeezy hug is holding you right now. i hope you feel it.
