Your yellow basket quilt is super cute, Melisa. I love that you used fabric from your daughter's dress. It makes it that much more special.
ReplyDeleteOh thank you so much, Jeanna. I just "went for it" when I cut her little dress . I have to admit I had a little pain in my heart as I did that but, I can enjoy the little quilt daily and it will bring back lots of fond memories. Thank you for the sweet visit . Hugs.
DeleteWhat a beautiful patriotic detail with those firecrackers!!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing your finished work, Melisa
May you have a happy 4th of July tomorrow!
A hug
Oh thank you so much, Isabel. I whipped that little stitch up on a whim and it came out better than I thought it would. Have a beautiful day, my friend. Hugs.
DeleteOh, I was so late this morning! I absolutely loved your Patriotic Hutch, especially the Red glass chicken on the 2nd shelf and the Handsome Rooster on the third!! So much to look at and enjoy. 2 posts today, we are so luckyy!! In love with the Pop Stamp, almost done, so happy! Your girls are so beautiful, I love cow gals! Sending Very Warm Hugs from Arizona.
ReplyDeleteI am so very touched that you enjoyed my little hutch tour, Mary. I bought the red nesting chicken candy dish at Cracker Barrel years ago and I still love it. The big ole rooster is from a yard sale. I keep my eye out for anything chicken related when I go thrifting. Lol I get a kick out of the heifers a couple of them look a little mad, but they are gentle gals. Happy 4th , dear Mary. Hugs.
DeleteHappy 4th! In the last photo you posted….Is the mustard color house with flags on the roof one of yours? I absolutely love your houses and have about 13 of them done. Thanks for sharing the patterns.
ReplyDeleteHappy 4th of July to you dear! Oh thank you so much for asking about the mustard colored house. It is called Lucinda Hawkins Liberty Saltbox. I meant to post it as a freebie earlier , but time has gotten away from me. I hope to post it in the next week or so even though it might be a little late. I am so touched that you have stitched so many of my houses. To hear that you enjoyed the means the world to me. Have a wonderful evening and thank you again for the sweet visit.
DeleteCant wait to see the new saltbox. Just finished Thanksgiving house and Candy Corn house. The houses are my favs!!! You rock.
ReplyDeleteAaah thank you so much .I can not wait for you to see the new ones that I have in store. I am so excited to hear that you stitched some of my little houses. I hope you enjoyed each and every stitch. Happy July 4th and thank you for dropping by. Hugs.

ReplyDeleteLove seeing all the patriotic projects! The red, white and blue theme is always so fun to work with! (But it sure has a way of sneaking up on me! I should make a note in my planner next January and maybe I'll get something made in time! LOL)
ReplyDeletePop is adorable! Always enjoy the cow pics. They sure are wondering what that human is up to! LOL The flag quilt is such a simple block and yet so identifiable! Inspiring!
ReplyDeleteThank you for another adorable little cross stitch stamp. I like cross stitch in small "chunks" like this! LOL Your Flag Quilt is beautiful as is the basket quilt. Thanks for linking up with Monday Musings, my friend! Have a blessed rest of your week!
