Love Basket - A Valentine's Freebie

              🎵🎜   Love Boat

                 Love, Exciting and new

             Come aboard we're expecting you..

               Love, life's sweetest reward...

                The Love Boat....🎵🎜🎵

Heee Heee!😀😄 Is this song going to be ringing in your head all day? Do you remember it ? It's The Love Boat theme song  from the 1970's -80's television program.

Photo from Wikipedia

I do believe I have seen every episode of The Love Boat. 📺🚢❤ Well the reason I bring it up is because when  I was stitching my newest Valentine's stitch, I was singing it in my head but saying" Love Birds".  I know! I know ! Crazy! 😆😅

Earlier this week , I shared Snow Basket with you .

So continuing the basket theme, today I am sharing Love Basket which is filled with blooming hearts and 2 sweet Love Birds .  Now let's break into song " The Love Birds.... Love, exciting and new🎵🎜🎵"😁

Love Basket is the same size as Snow Basket with a design size of 45 x 45.

In fact, it uses most of the same floss colors. It is a small so you could certainly have it whipped out in a day all while watching a few episodes of The Love Boat.

If you are interested in stitching Love Basket  ,grab the images below. Many of ya'll know but I always encourage you to read my little disclaimer and note about getting my charts.

NOTE: Normally I have been able to create links to the charts and instructions which were in JPG form. For some reason, recent updates on Google Docs. has prevented me from doing that and I am not able to create a pdf without having to deal with storage issues.  Many dear stitchers say they right click, save the image and then print.  I think some have copied and pasted it to a Word document that they can print off as well. I hope you are able to find a way to enjoy this chart. You will have to click each page to save. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding and for all of the helpful tips and ideas.

I stitch my little designs for fun and to decorate my home. I feel very blessed by this community and love sharing my little charts, but I am not a professional designer. And I do not have professional software. Thank you for understanding . I am always grateful for your kind encouragement , your visits, and for stitching my little designs.

I loved this design so much that I created a doodle of the Love Basket. I stitched mine on 100% cotton fabric with 2 strands of DMC 498 using the back stitch. Of course, you could use whatever your sweet heart desires.

If you are interested in the doodle, just grab the image, copy and enlarge it to the size you like.

Since I am on the LOVE theme, I wanted to show you my latest finish.  "Love " is  is a 2019 freebie from The Scarlett House. It is available on her website.
Sweet Annie said she wanted me to make her a pillow from it. So that is on the agenda.
I hope you have a great evening, dear and thank you for the sweet visit.

 As Always...

Happy quilting and stitching, ya'll

Melisa
