Greens, Greens. What do I see?
Greens in the trees.
Greens on the leaves.
Hello there , Sweet Peas and Happy happy Saturday!
A little birdie told me that green is the RSC color for the month of May !
Sooooooo....
I went into the quilt nest to see what I could find.
Oh bother, I am low on greens, but I am going to use what I have.
No piecing yet, but fabrics are cut and prep work is happening.
I thought I would leave you with a delightful little poem from one of my favorite children's poets.

Green Giant
by: Jack Prelutsky
There lived a green giant whose name was Sam
His hair was the color of strawberry jam,
He had one brown and one blue eye
And a beard the color of pumpkin pie.
His coat and pants were so bright,
Like a peppermint stick all red and white.
His socks were as yellow as lemon pop.
His shoes were as brown as a chocolate drop.
His hat was the color of gingerbread,
With a tall, tall feather of raspberry red.
💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
Now doesn't he sound like one handsome fella' ? Y'all have a fabulous day and..
As Always,
Happy Stitching and Quilting, y'all
Melisa
Thank you for the sweet visit.

Dedicated to my baby sister, Amy. Love and miss you, Amo.
All the bunnies and cabbage pieces hopped back into their storage bins until next year. It is time to change out the shelf.
