Halloween Stamp Sampler Border and Headers- Halloween Freebie

Good afternoon, sweet friends and welcome. Well, we are half way there till the weekend.

Not a lot is going on in the holler except preparing for our upcoming camping trip. I will share more on those happenings later.

Today I just wanted to pop in for a minute to share my latest stitch.

Last Friday, I dyed some of my  14 count Aida a charcoal gray using Rit dye. I have been chomping at the bits to work more on my Halloween stamps and perhaps put them into a sampler form like my  Spring Stamp Sampler , Autumn Stamp Collection Strawberry Stamp  Sampler,  and Winter Stamp Collection.

I used my Little Jack Trifle  as a scissor fob.

I may not finish the sampler by Halloween , but that is ok I can work on it throughout the year. I have already shared some Halloween stamps and more will follow that is if the good Lord is willing and the creek doesn't rise.

Anywhooo, that is my plan.

The design size is of the large Halloween Stamp Sampler is 107 x 132 which on 14 count aida measures about 7 5/8" x 9 3/8" . This will fit in an 8 " x 10" frame just like the previous samplers.

  1. Howdee!! So very nice to "see" you. Is it nice to be seen. LOL You already know how much I love the Halloween stamps. I believe I've stitched all of them and that makes me a very happy girl. The idea of a Halloween Stamp sampler is pure perfection - so very cute. I'm still not feeling 100%. My energy level is in the dumper. Ugh! I wish whatever this is would just move along. Have a great week. Hope you pop in again very soon. Big, Big Hugs, DarleneJ

  13. good morning beautiful Melisa.
we definitely do work for a brighter day!!! life can get pretty hairy from time-to-time, but i will survive. I am strong, I am invincible, I am woman - now are you singing Helen Reddy's song in your brain - good - you need tunes to sing/hum to while you are being creative with all your cross stitch works. you are definitely wonder woman - a marvel!!!
thank you so much for the halloween sampler frame pattern. i will try and find some charcoal grey Rit dye to dye a white piece of aida cloth that I have. i am so excited. i haven't made any of the samplers in the frame as of yet, but they are waiting in my 5-ream stack of pinker cross stitch patterns i have been collecting. heehee
wonderful news to hear that you are preparing for another adventure. i wish my life had adventure - i suppose everyday breathing is an adventure for me. i have plenty to keep me busy, but i am a procrastinator and have to wait until the last minute for everything. why is that? am i up for the challenge? who knows. i really think it is the great big "L" word.
L-A-Z-Y. i just love looking at all the patterns. the making kits up in preparation for completing. i have many cross stitch pattern kits made up and many quilt kit projects ready. i'll get there. slowly, but surely.
i hope you have an awesome Thursday Melisa. stay safe, stay strong.
blessings and love are coming your way.
