Fall Y'all is complete!
Welcome y'all and Happy Saturday. Can you believe this is the last day of the month?
September sprouted wings and just flew right on by . Didn't it?
Well Fall Y'all is fully finished into an ornament and is ready to hang on the tree. The only thing is one sweet stitcher noticed that I misspelled y'all . I have always spelled it ya'll, but she was right so I will have to go back and change that. Lol.
I was doing the "scarecrow happy dance" when I found this unfinished wood plaque ornament in my stash. I bought it last year at the Dollar Tree in the craft section.
I simply gave the wood two coats of paint and then glued my stitched piece to it. The little ruffle trim is from a shirt that I ripped and gathered and glued in place.
My little raggedy tree is crammed full with fall goodness. Hmm! Can I find a spot to place Fall Y'all in the tree. Oh my! Perhaps one of the ornies will inch so slightly over for it. 😁😃
Stitching, scarecrows, pumpkins galore!
The bottom of my tree is surrounded by loads of handmade goodies.
I filled an apple crate with stacks of fall quilts and a plethora of pumpkins that my sis gifted me. The Pumpkin sign is one I created from an old scrap of wood.
The mini ladder has mini quilts on it including Autumn Crow and Autumn Shoo Fly Quilt which I shared in previous years.
This tree is fixing to see a makeover for witches, cats and goblins are making their way to the tree. I will share the Halloween raggedy tree when all of spooks take their place among the branches. 👻🎃
Have a beautiful Saturday , Sweet friends and ....
As always...
Happy Stitching and Quilting, y'all
Melisa
